Yesterday was sunny and hot, really hot. I longed for cloudy skies, rainy weather, and an umbrella. On days like those, I want to curl up with a good book and a hot cup of coffee. And lately I have been addicted to period dramas. Edith Wharton, Oscar Wilde, Jane Austen, and so on. Anyway... if I had all the money in the world, I would curl up with a book looking this good in a dark library corner. I am in love with those shoes!

I am proud to show my bookworminess in my wardrobe. This delightful little outfit would be perfect! I am totally in love with the bookshelf skirt. Too bad it's not in my budget; I will now be on the search for bookshelf fabric anytime I am fabric shopping. It's just too cute! I have also noticed that I carry big purses, and it's usually because I need it to carry at least one book and one notebook. It's kinda sad that even though I haven't been in school for over 5 years, I still carry school supplies with me all the time.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge you'll never walk alone.
